Established in 2014, Alpha Omega Training Solutions is a New Jersey Firefighter Owned and Operated Small Business headquartered in Hunterdon County, NJ. Our service area includes all of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
The mission of Alpha Omega Training Solutions (AOTS) is to achieve training excellence through superior educational opportunities in all aspects of emergency services with a minimum of barriers, to all motivated persons at the lowest possible cost to the student and public.
AOTS accomplishes its mission by delivering traditional and progressive curriculum, skills and ideas while following Local, State and Federal codes, standards and regulations and by staffing the most qualified, certified, professional and experienced Fire and Emergency Service Instructors.
Our Instructors maintain an active role in their respective response agencies to ensure their safety and improve the quality of life for those trained and the citizens that they protect.

Executive Profile
David Wiklanski, MA EMT(I) Owner/Lead Instructor
David Wiklanski is a Lieutenant with the New Brunswick Fire Department, currently assigned to Engine Company 5. He has over twenty years in Emergency Services. Wiklanski is a highly known speaker and writer, most notably for his presentations on behavioral health, in addition to Suicide Terrorism. His mission is to end the stigma associated with mental health and to connect responders with the available resources to not only survive, but thrive in their careers.
He has spoken at events and conferences across the United States and Canada. He has written for many of the industry's trade journals.
His first book: Suicide Bombers, Understanding Suicide Terrorism from a Cultural and Memetic perspective is available online and he is currently working on authoring his next book.
David Wiklanski has a BA in Psychology from Kean University, and an MA in Behavioral Sciences-Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology from Kean University.
He is an adjunct faculty member at Kean University in both the Psychology and Health Education departments.
He holds professional certifications as a Fire Instructor II, EMT Instructor, and CPR Instructor.
He works as a Behavioral Health Specialist for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation in the Uniformed Services Group and as a "Taking Care of Our Own" instructor.
David Wiklanski resides in Hunterdon County, NJ with his wife Mary and two daughters, Samantha and Abigail. In his spare time, he enjoys SCUBA diving, shooting, woodworking and blacksmithing.
